2. User Obligations

- Return the bicycle in the same condition as when rented, except for normal wear and tear.
- Wear appropriate safety gear, including helmets, as required by local regulations.
- Not allow any other person to use the bicycle rented under your account.
- Report any accidents, damage, or theft immediately to both local authorities and our Company.
- Not use the bicycle while under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any substance that may impair your ability to safely operate the bicycle.
3. Service Limitations
We reserve the right to:

- Limit availability of bicycles based on location, time, or other factors.
- Implement usage limits, including maximum rental duration and distance.
- Track the location of our bicycles through GPS or other technology.

4. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Mebiwae.com and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not:
- Reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from our Service.
- Use any illustrations, photographs, video or audio sequences, or any graphics separately from the accompanying text.
- Delete or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices.

5. Liability Limitations

- You use our bicycles at your own risk. We are not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur during your use of our bicycles.

6. Payments and Fees

Additional charges may apply for:
- Late returns
- Damage to bicycles beyond normal wear and tear
- Cleaning fees for excessively dirty bicycles
- Recovery of bicycles left at unauthorized locations
- Replacement costs for lost or stolen bicycles
7. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through the following process:
- Informal Negotiation: We encourage you to contact us first to seek an informal resolution.
- Mediation: If informal negotiation is unsuccessful, either party may initiate mediation by a neutral mediator.
- Arbitration: Any dispute not resolved through negotiation or mediation shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
The arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with the commercial arbitration rules of the jurisdiction in which our company is registered. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding.
8. Termination
